Montreal Sites
Step back in time and have dinner in the oldest section of Montreal. Old Montreal showcases many historic buildings, some dating all the way back to the 1600's; Landmarks such as Notre Dame Basilica, where Celine Dion was married, are excellent stops while walking the original cobblestone streets of where Montreal was first founded. Other areas to explore in Montreal include Parc Jean Drapeau where each year the Montreal Grand Prix is held and where the Montréal casino operates year round. Not far away on an adjacent island you can visit the La Ronde theme park which displays an international fireworks festival once a year.
